RANDY FIELDS
Lead Pastor
I earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Palm Beach Atlantic College, my grad work at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and then owned and operated a dairy farm in central Florida for 8 years (loved that!). I gave up running from God in 1985 and spent 21 years serving as a Worship Pastor. In 2006 God called me to launch a new church in Thomasville.

MICHAEL DAVIS
Executive Pastor
I’m a native of Thomas County and graduated from TCCHS in 1995. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Valdosta State University and taught in the public school system for 9 years. I came on staff as a pastor at THE GATHERING on June 1st, 2009.

Dawn Redfern
Director of Children and Student Ministries
I was born in Perth Amboy New Jersey, and raised in Thomasville, Georgia. I attended Thomas County Schools, where I met my husband Kody, my sophomore year. I love pretty smells, the beach, animals, holidays, family time, serving others, children’s ministry, and Jesus. I am the mother of three incredible children Levi, Megan, and Anna.
