RANDY FIELDS
Lead Pastor
I earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Palm Beach Atlantic College, my grad work at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and then owned and operated a dairy farm in central Florida for 8 years (loved that!). I gave up running from God in 1985 and spent 21 years serving as a Worship Pastor. In 2006 God called me to launch a new church in Thomasville.

ERIN COLVIN
Director of Children’s Ministries
I was raised in the small town of Belleview, Florida, attended Belleview Elementary, Belleview Middle, and Belleview High School. In 2003, I chose to call Thomasville home when I married my best friend, Clay. I am blessed to be called mom by my two sweet and rambunctious boys, Cameron and Caiden. My family and I started attending THE GATHERING in 2009.

KESHA BOZEMAN

I am a Thomasville transplant. I was born and raised in Killen, Alabama. I like to think I am a simple person, who loves GOD, my family, friends and Alabama Football! Most of the time in that order, too.  (Alabama Football is subject to change positions at certain times of the year. ROLL TIDE!)  Character means a lot to me. If you are my friend, you have a friend for life.

Having grown up in the Midwest, I went to school at Macon State College and love living in Thomasville with my wife and 2 daughters. I really appreciate a non-traditional church and the fact that THE GATHERING is able to maintain such a casual atmosphere without compromising on biblical teaching.
